Day 1
### Tirana
 Arrival in Tirana and transfer to your hotel. Visit to the capital Tirana. Founded in 1614, the city has been the capital of the country since 1920 and is considered the cultural centre of the country. During the day you will have the opportunity to discover the city, known for its colourful buildings and successful coexistence between religions. A visit to the National History Museum, located in Skanderbeg Square, will introduce you to Albania's rich history. In this square you can also visit the Et'hem Beu Mosque, which was preserved during the communist era thanks to its historical value. Right next door are other sights such as the Opera House, the so-called Clock Tower, the Palace of Culture and the Orthodox and Catholic Cathedrals. Afterwards, you can visit the Pyramid, which houses a museum about the life of the former dictator Enver Hoxha. And if the weather is good, you can take a walk through the park of Tirana's man-made lake. Overnight in Tirana at the [Comfort Hotel](http://www.hotelcomfort.al/).

Day 2
### Koman Valbone
 Today you start early in the morning (5:30 am) towards the Albanian Alps in the Valbona Valley. First you will cross Lake Koman by ferry. The journey takes about two and a half to three hours and you will have the opportunity to see impressive landscapes very similar to the fjords in Scandinavia. Upon arrival in Valbona, you will tour the region and eventually meet with residents of a village where you will have dinner and spend the night. Day 3
### Valbone Valley
 Today you will undertake a varied hike with ascent of the Rama Fold at an altitude of 1,800 metres. During this tour of about three to four hours in the heart of the Albanian Alps, a breathtaking view of the country awaits you. Once you have reached your destination, fresh delicacies made in the village of Valbona await you as a reward for your efforts. Afterwards, enjoy some well-deserved rest in Valbona or explore the surrounding area. Day 4
### Hike to Theth
 Today you will hike through the Valbona Valley from Valbona to Theth. The hike itself takes about 6 -7 hours and offers a view like a postcard. A local guide accompanies you and the luggage is transported by mules. Overnight in a [guesthouse in Theth](https://bujtina-berishta.business.site/).

Day 5
### Hiking around Theth
 The beautiful mountain landscapes continue to accompany you on your walk around Theth today. Stone houses in small villages and the high towers characteristic of the area, where those who were outlawed because of the blood feud found shelter, lie along the route. You will also pass gorges or the waterfall of Theth. The waterfall and its surroundings are also known as the "Blue Eye". Day 6
### Hiking around Theth
 The third day in Theth is dedicated to a hike towards the Peja Pass (alb. Qafa e Pejes). The hike of 6-7 hours and an altitude difference of almost 1,000 metres will be somewhat strenuous, but you will be rewarded with fantastic nature experiences. Day 7
### Shkoder - Kruje
 Today you leave Theth and drive to Shkoder. Inhabited since prehistoric times, the town today represents a symbol of deep harmony between religious weddings. The city hosts places of different cults, namely those of the Muslims, the Catholics and the Orthodox. Shkoder is considered the capital of northern Albania and has been a city of great importance to the region since ancient times. Legends, different architectural styles, museums and art workshops enliven the city in many ways. Later, we continue to Kruje, which is very close to the Albanian capital. In the 15th century, Kruje was the scene of many battles between the Ottomans and the Albanians. The Albanians resisted the Ottomans for 25 years under the command of Skanderbeg, who was the national hero of the Albanians at that time. If you visit the city, you will learn more about this figure, one of the most famous in Europe. The old bazaar is also worth a visit. ### Journey home
